Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, as described below.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, items must not have been worn and must be returned intact, in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with any tags and original packaging in place. For hygiene reasons, intimate items (such as underwear and bodysuits) can only be returned if they have not been worn and the hygienic protective strip and original packaging remain intact and undamaged. Any item that has been worn or is not returned intact cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

To start a return, simply send us an email at info@contactjarnelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will then provide you with all the information and key steps to follow, and a dedicated representative will personally assist and guide you through the entire return process. Items sent back to us without first contacting us by email will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Returns are free. Once your return request is approved, we will send you all the instructions you need to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, items returned without their hygienic protective strip, and any item marked as final sale or gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@contactjarnelle.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
